Who is Ralph Luketic?

Ralph Luketic II is a Michigan technology founder and AI systems architect based in East Lansing. He founded Redacted AI Solutions LLC in 2025 and leads the development of Grace OS and R.A.I.S.E., a private-AI architecture for local, governed, and air-gapped work.

In Ralph's words
The road here was not linear.
I have been working with computers for more than 30 years. I came up through the physical side of technology: repairing hardware, solving printer problems, learning Linux, building networks, and figuring out why systems fail when a manual is no longer enough.
That experience taught me to distrust magic-box thinking. A system is more than the part people can see. It is the hardware, software, data, permissions, people, maintenance, failure paths, and decisions wrapped around it. That lesson became the foundation for how I approach AI.

Building under pressure
Life did not pause while Ralph built the company.
Ralph moved his family to Michigan looking for a place to build a durable future. The move came with real instability: living week to week in a hotel, working to bridge immediate income gaps, keeping the family moving forward, and building products at the same time.
The story explains the urgency behind the company, and it is not here to romanticize hardship. Ralph built Redacted AI Solutions knowing that technology has to solve a real problem, earn trust, and create value. Looking impressive in a demonstration is not the job.
Instead of allowing the hardest chapter to become the ending, Ralph chose to build something that could create income, stability, and eventually the ability to help other people move forward too.
