Does an air-gapped R.A.I.S.E. deployment call cloud models?+

It operates without a routine external inference path. Models, retrieval, and governed workflows run locally. Any data-transfer or maintenance path must be designed for the engagement.

Does air-gapped mean zero risk or zero leaks?+

No responsible architecture can promise zero risk. Isolation can cut network exposure sharply, but security still depends on configuration, identity, physical access, media controls, software supply chain, backups, people, and operations.

Can models be updated offline?+

Yes, when an approved offline update process exists for the environment: source verification, inspection, authorization, recording, testing, and rollback.
